Cooking and Baking

As most of the people know I like to bake....and cook - though not too much. I enjoying baking much more. In a home of 5 and 3 of them being children cooking is an esteem crusher. Someone or all of them are going to complain about some aspect of lunch or dinner. There isn't a meal yet that everyone likes completely. I still cook the meals always trying new recipes, rarely repeating the same dinner twice. I do have a few that I tend to fall back on when in a time crunch. Baking however is different - there are no complaints when it comes to sugar sugar sugar! I have hundreds of recipes from blogs bookmarked to try out, and I am slowly booking and cooking my way through them all - but there are always more being put on the list. This will be my adventure in trying out all of these recipes, some are going to be great, and some won't pass the kids test. But the great thing is that as much complaining that happens - they still eat it. More posts to come!
