I've made these brownies a bazillion times now. They are not super amazing, but they are super easy to make. And it's one of those recipes that you can give as a gift in a jar - if you are into that. Personally, I'd rather have the brownies already made - not something I have to make myself. I don't usually measure the chocolate chips, actually I never measure them. I just toss in as much as I want too, if it looks like too little I add more in.
Homemade Brownie Mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat to 350. Spray 9x9 pan. Mix dry, add wet until just mixed. Bake 20-25 mins. Don`t over bake. To make up the mix - dry ingredients in baggie and label with the amounts for wet ingredients.
