Cinnamon Bliss Bars

Cinnamon Bliss Bars
1/2 cup butter (I used salted)
8 cups large marshmallows ( 1 Kraft Jet-Puffed 400g bag)
0.5 bag of mini marshmallows (mine we slightly not fresh - and that's perfect)
8 cups cinnamon toast crunch cereal (1 bag MaltOMeal Cinnamon Bliss cereal 540g, almost the whole bag)
10 teddy graham cookies - crush these up so they are in chunks
1 cup FLIGHT OF THE UNICORN sprinkle mix (enough sprinkles to decorate the top, I didn't measure the sprinkles)

Grease a 9×13 cake pan. And put the half bag of mini marshmallows and 8 cups of cereal in a large mixing bowl, mix them together.
In a pot melt the butter over medium-low heat. Once butter is melted dump in the marshmallows and stir until they are melted into the butter and become smooth.
Pour melted marshmallows over the cereal mixture and start mixing to coat all the cereal. Mix fast because this starts to harden up faster then it does when making rice crispies squares.
Dump mixture into cake pan and with a buttered or oiled hand press the mixture down some.
Take your cookie crumbs and scatter them over top.
Take your sprinkles and sprinkle them on.
Again take your buttered and press the cookies and sprinkles onto the cereal mixture.
Let them come to room temp and cut into squares or bars. Cover your cake pan and stick it in the fridge to harden up. Before serving let them sit on the counter and let them lose some of their chill. You want them firm enough to hold, but not too firm that they hurt to eat.
