Creamy Garlic Parmesan Noodles - a homemade version of Creamy Garlic Parmesan - Lipton Sidekick's.
Oldest - who hates creamy sauces, said she really likes this sauce on the noodles. 😁
It is very parm-y.
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic (I used dried minced)
2 tbsp salted butter/margarine (used margarine)
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1/2lbs spaghetti noodles (I snapped in these in half)
1 cup parmesan cheese - shakey kind is a-ok
1 cup cream (I used half n half)
1 tbsp dried parsley
In pot, heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and turn down to medium heat - cook 1 minute. Add in the pepper then the butter and let it melt. Stir in the chicken stock.
Turn the heat up to high and let it come up to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender.
Turn heat to medium, stir in parm, cream and parsley. Let cheese melt. Enjoy
