Lasagne
First time I've made a lasagne and cooked the noodles first. I've been a strictly Oven Ready Noodle easier since the start.
This recipe needs double or more of all the spices. It has a very very light taste of what it should be.
4 tomatoes from our garden instead of canned.
I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I think that layer should have a bit of Italian seasoning mixed in with it.
I probably won't make this again....because it wasn't the best and I have a trillion other lasagne recipes to try out. But it was filling and our belly's were full. No one complained - said it was bland but salt and pepper helped with that.
