This recipe is dubbed Beanies Meatball Bake because my youngest daughter loved this recipe when I made it up. She liked it so much that it became one of the recipe that we included in the cookbook from The Renfrew Children's Centre.
I'm not sure where I found this recipe, but it is super quick and easy to make. It doesn't look that great, and isn't the most amazing thing that you have ever ate. But it does fill belly's when your short on time and need to put something together for supper fast. It says serves 4 - but those are huge servings.
The recipe calls for cheddar cheese, but I used marble because the oldest only liked marble and not all orange cheese. I did use the frozen package meatballs, but you can totally make up your own meatballs - I think I would have liked it more if I had, had made up the meatballs myself.
