Crumble Cherry Pie with "Wham Bam Pie Crust"

The weather has changed on us here in the valley. Just two days ago we were wearing t shirts, shorts,  flip flops and sweating our butts off. Now we're in sweaters pants and socks, last night we lit our first fire. It was still nice in the house this morning after last nights fire so I declared today a baking day. One of the items that I decided to make was cherry pie.
Since my wrists can't handle mixing for more then a couple minutes or rolling dough out. I had to go on a search for an easy pie crust - and I found one at The Country Cook - the Wham Bam Pie Crust is exactly what I was looking for and it was a cinch to make.
It came together fast, dumped my pie filling in then stood there looking at it. A cherry pie with no top crust just doesn't look right even to me (if the crust was forgotten in a pie I would be fine with that). A topping of some kind...I didn't have to look too far on the same site is a recipe for a butter crumble topping which was easy to make as well, I did add a splash of vanilla to it because the bottom was just sitting there and I wanted too. It's more like a crust crumble then the brown sugar butter flour crumble I'm used too - but I thought that kind would be over the top with the cherry pie filling.
Both the crust and the crumble were easy to make, and I will be adding the crust recipe into my recipe box.
To bake my pie I followed TCC's instructions she has listed for her apple pie - oven at 400 for 45 minutes.
