This too is one of those recipes that I saw somewhere and wrote down on a card, stuffed it in my recipe box and forgot about. Until I had to make something to bring for a potluck dinner - something easy, fast and cheap - it being Christmas time and funds at an all time low, and something that would feed a lot of people - a side dish where people would only take a little bit.
I am happy that I made this - the picture makes it look rather gross, but it was good. I will make this again and not just for a potluck...maybe even for this Thanksgiving dinner.
PS. it turned out that I was the only one that made something to bring into the potluck dinner (others brought snacks like chips and pop) the whole tray was eaten up - so it was a win!
