Pineapple Carrot Muffins
- these are good.
Don't close them up in a container to store them, they loose their crispiness.
Sabrina didn't like the pineapple in these. I like the pineapple - I don't like the mushy pieces of the larger pineapple chunks.
- I'd blend up the pineapple next time
