Spanish Rice from Company's Coming Breakfasts & Brunches - I really liked this. But, I also ❤ macaroni and tomatoes. I would cut this recipe in half next time. It was nice to see a recipe calling for the actual measurements our cans of tomatoes come in.

Cream Cheese Cake - was good. 

Lilly did not like this, said it tastes like rotten cherries. The rest of us liked it. I would pick a different bottom next time though.
