Meatballs with Pineapple Sweet & Sour Sauce
- these were nice and pineappley
- making and freezing ahead made for a quick and easy meal.
- it was good. But, half don't mind the pineapple, half don't like the pineapple.
- no I didn't use a slow cooker
- and I cooked the veggies separate - used a frozen stir-fry veggie mix.
- served over rice
